this is for you if you have heard of breathwork, but you are not quite sure what the hype is all about and if this might be something for you, too. You will learn all you need to know of practicing breathwork in a safe way, it's impact on our nervous system and why it's not the same as pranayama. Dive straight into a journey of self-discovery with the technique ‘conscious connected breathwork’.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can help you with dealing with anxiety, restlessness, shitty self-talk, suppressed emotions, unprocessed experiences, feelings of overwhelm and helplessness, reduce of unwanted habits.

It supports you by connecting with yourself on a deeper level, getting to know your inner world better and learning to embrace yourself fully as you are.

    〰️ after joining the Breathwork Beginner Session,you are ready for Breathwork + Cacao

    with 1000+ hours of training, Sarah specializes in what's called Conscious Connected Breathwork. She guides you in 75 minutes long breath journeys which are supported by music and her guidance. Every session starts softly, builds up towards the middle and then finishes with a long and deeply restful relaxation phase.

  • Breathwork is an umbrella term and there are many different Breathwork styles out there. Every facilitator has their own approach. So we get it: it's not so easy to get what Breathwork is and what it can truly help you with. That's why we created this experience for you.
